DOES THE NINETEEZ ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We only accept exchanges at this time. Please be sure to read the description and measurements carefully before  purchasing, as we do not accept returns. 

*WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS*

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or ITEMS PURCHASED DURING  A SALE. 

ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE PURCHASES WILL BE FINAL SALE. 

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIVING MERCHANDISE.

EXCHANGES CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS TO BE PROCESSED. 

CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES (FOR EXCHANGES AND RESHIPPING)

ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE 

Notice of exchanges must be done within THREE days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. IF exchanging an item customer MUST email TheNineteez@icloud.com for exchange approval. Merchandise will be returned to customer if we do not receive notice of impending return for exchange. 

In the rare case that the item you received is damaged, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.

If you are wanting to exchange your purchased item, your new selection must be equal or greater value of your original purchase. We do not honor refunds for exchanges. We do not exchange for brand new arrivals. Any discounts that were applied during the purchase will become null and void for all exchanges. 

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE TAGS, BE UNWORN, AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE.

 

Once your exchange has been processed we will issue you a discount code that may be used with store credit. 

Please be sure that all information is correct on your order before checking out.

 

  • Please be sure that all sale items are the correct size/color since clearance and some promotional items will be final sale.
  • Cancelled orders will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
  • Promo codes will not be honored after completing order.
  • There are no exchanges on sale or promotional items.

 

THE NINETEEZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost of stolen please visit your local post office or call 1800-ASK-USPS. By completing a purchase with THE NINETEEZ, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy. 

THE NINETEEZ does not offer international shipping at this time.
