Can I change/modify my order?

Once an order has been placed you can not make any changes. You may cancel the order and place a new order with those changes. ( NOTE* there is also a $10 restocking fee associated with cancelling an order and it will be deducted from the cancelled order. )

Can I track my order? 

When you place an order with The Nineteez you will receive an email confirmation. However please allow up to 3 days for us to issue a tracking number via email. To track orders simply input tracking information into the USPS website.

Why was my order cancelled?

The Nineteez was unable to confirm your billing information. In this case we ask that you contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Do you accept payments over the phone?

Unfortunately during this time The Nineteez does not accept payments over the phone. 

My package was lost/stolen. 

The Nineteez is not responsible for items that are either lost or stolen. In this case please reach out to USPS. You can also visit https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
